On receipt of the holding deposit from the successful applicant/s we will cease to advertise the property and references will be followed up and credit checks carried out. In the event of unsatisfactory references or a change of mind on the part of the applicant/s the holding deposit is non-returnable. If the property becomes unavailable the holding deposit will be returned to the applicant.
At the beginning of a tenancy the tenant will be asked to pay the deposit plus one month's rent in advance.
