Meet the Newberry Tully team

Stephen Newberry

Stephen Newberry is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (the only one practising as an estate agent in Seaford). He has been an estate agent since 1971 and opened this office in 1987. He focuses on the letting side of the business. In his spare time he can be often be found on stage at Seaford Little Theatre.

Andrew Tully

Andrew Tully lives in Seaford and runs the sales side of the business. He has worked with Stephen for eight years. Andrew has a young family and sings with Seaford Choral Society, where he is also Hon. Treasurer.

Jenny Bowman

Jenny Bowman (sales assistant) has lived in Seaford since 1982 and brought up her family here. She is a familiar face around the town as she taught at Cradle Hill Primary School for twenty one years. On retirement she made a career change and now helps with general office administration and taking customers on property viewings. She enjoys visits to the theatre and cinema and reading in her spare time.

Jeanne Peterson

Jeanne Peterson (negotiator) moved to Seaford from Brighton in 1993 with her young family. Working as a charity fundraising manager for twenty years took her out and about across the county and often further afield, but Jeanne now focuses her work more locally through her role as Parish Clerk with Kingston Parish Council and at Newberry Tully as general assistant. In her spare time Jeanne enjoys gardening, films, cooking and walking.
